HEI continues to work with the client during the design phase, preparing preliminary and definitive design plans. HEI will also meet with state and local boards/agencies during the design process and present design plans to the boards/agencies during the approval process.

HEI is fully automated, which allows our firm to analyze a number of design schemes with the client to produce good, cost-effective final designs. Our automated system also allows for the efficient transfer of information between the client and the project team.
